Epithelioid trophoblastic tumor (ETT) is a rare gestational trophoblastic tumor and often poses a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge to the involved clinicians. We report a case of epithelioid trophoblastic tumor in a young woman which involved the uterus. parametrium and the right ovary.
